What is stoping this technology from being used to derive energy from the Earth's own magnetic feild?
I don't think anything or anyone is stopping it. Some ideas in science are too advanced for its time. And so was Nicola Telsa's many. I think this idea is just coming of age with people actually understanding the interactions between various forces at play. Lets hope in next few decades it will be put into practicle use.
